Sophia Francke joins the agency as HR Manager
Sandberg Trygg is growing in Gothenburg, Stockholm and New York. As the agency aims to give each coworker the chance to grow, it is now welcoming Sofia Francke into the agency as new HR Manager with a place on the management team.
Sophia Francke is an HR professional and comes to us from Wise Professionals where she has worked as a recruitment consultant within communication. Now she is entering the world of advertising with responsibility for facilitating the growth of existing coworkers and finding new promising talent.

Sophia will start at Sandberg Trygg in August. Her first assignment will be to hold development discussions with coworkers to ensure effective utilization of all competence and match it with current and future needs within the organization. The next step is formation of a long-term strategy to determine which talents the agency needs on both sides of the Atlantic – and a plan for how to reach out to them.
